J/V Maalouf Trading and Contrating SAL & Binaa & Iamar SARL was awarded the construction of the Faculty of Sciences in Tripoli (North Lebanon) which is part of the Lebanese University Campus. The contruction works started on December 3rd, 2012 and are expected to be handed over in 2016. Here are some key figures of the project:
- 26000 m2 area
- 3 basements, 6 floors
- Parking space for 200 cars
- 5 Auditoriums
- Complete HVAC and BMS System
The project is funded by the Lebanese Goverment and the Saudi Bank.
